These Terms explain the basic rules for using OVVO, designing crystal bracelet formulas, saving energy profiles, placing custom jewelry orders, and contacting support. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Energy and Crystal Language
OVVO may use words such as energy, formula, zodiac, chakra, crystal meaning, protection, clarity, calm, wealth, love, or intention. These expressions are used for styling, cultural inspiration, color direction, personal ritual, and product storytelling. They are not promises of health, wealth, relationship, spiritual, psychological, or life outcomes.
Custom Bracelet Design
When you use Bracelet Studio, Find My Formula, Design Gallery, or OVVO Energy Profile, your selections may include wrist size, bead materials, spacers, pendants, colors, intention, notes, gift blessings, and birth-related style inputs. Please review all details before adding a formula to cart or placing an order.
Natural Material Variation
Natural crystals can vary in color, pattern, inclusions, cloudiness, cracks, transparency, polish, size, and mineral marks. Product photos and design previews are references. The final bracelet is made from actual available materials and may not be identical to a digital preview.
Orders and Production
After an order is submitted, OVVO may review the formula, pick materials, prepare production, contact you if clarification is needed, and update order status. If an item, bead, spacer, or component becomes unavailable or unsuitable, OVVO may contact you to adjust the formula, substitute a reasonable material, pause production, or cancel and refund according to the final store policy.
Payment Status During Testing
The current Feiniu WordPress test site keeps payment paused while the design, cart, order, and production workflow are being built. Real payment credentials, gateways, taxation, and fraud settings must be completed before public commercial launch.
Prices, Availability, and Errors
Prices, promotions, stock, shipping estimates, and product information may change. OVVO may correct errors, cancel affected orders, request additional confirmation, or provide an alternative solution when a technical or listing mistake occurs.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, shipping address, wrist measurement, formula choices, notes, and support evidence. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay production, delivery, or after-sales handling.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the site, attack systems, scrape content at scale, submit false orders, abuse promotions, infringe intellectual property, upload unlawful content, or interfere with OVVO operations or other users.
Intellectual Property
OVVO branding, page design, copy, formula presentation, images, product organization, and custom design experience belong to OVVO or their lawful owners. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or commercially reuse them without permission.
